But, whatever it is, it has to be some new beginning. They can’t end their relationship after everything that has already happened. This is where the nostalgia really plays in, because things just aren’t the way they are.
It´s about how much the world has changed and is constantly changing, a crazy rollercoaster. Everything changes so fast it´s hard to trust that the things he loves most will be there tomorrow. Realizing that nothing in their uncertain world is simple anymore. Though they´re practically two inseparable souls whose aching bodies are roaming all across the universe.
It´s about loneliness. It's like they've broken up for a long time already. But he's at the point in his life where he doesn't know where to go, what to do. So he turns to her and still thinks they have a chance. She is Hope. It will be the end of the loneliness that was all they ever knew. Admitting their love for each other is the pivotal moment of their lives where nothing will ever be the same.
It´s about having a platonic relationship getting deeper with every second passing by. Maybe she just doesn´t want to commit because he´s too young and doesn´t know how to commit. Still he´s like “Hey, let´s move on to another level!“ And it´s all so ridiculous because he only wants and needs, which makes him sick. Thank God she laughs, he´s her cup of coffee. He doesn´t want to make her cry, sigh. But they´re missing each other so much, too much.
It´s about admitting their real feelings for each other, because they know that this non-working connection is worth it. Both are looking back and thinking to themselves "Did I really like being alone?" And they're realizing that the place that they've been dreaming of is with each other. It´s just the completely unique love that they share but don´t.
And now he feels like he´s losing her, but not! Sure he wants everything back to normal and more, so much more. Yet it was all abnormal, always. Little, so little. Still they´re both so fucking crazy! He wants this new spark to begin them old somewhere, this time together, not apart, not anymore. He needs anywhere with her. Anyhow, he doesn´t care how. Somewhere, where the first one began. “Somewhere only they know”. Maybe not the exact same place, but somewhere only they know.
